Today I tried something new. I attended a Stott Pilates class, which made me start thinking about some questions: “What is physical strength?” “What makes us mentally strong?” It is vital that leaders in business are strong. But what is strength? Mental or physical? I truly believe they are one.
So this weekend I challenge you to work out your mental capacity. Go to a gym and attend a Yoga or Pilates class or go for a long (at least 2 hour) walk or bike ride. Listen to your breathing and nothing else! Try it and let me know if you notice any thing different.
